How do I share a contact Database with several users on Outlook ?

I have a laptop and have set up 3 profiles on Outlook, (where I can select
one of the 3 on opening) 1 for home, work, and someone else... If possible I
would like to have one contact database for all these profiles...? So
whenever I add a contact on home I ca see it in work etc...

Could someone please help me...

Can't you just configure each profile to use the same Outlook Data File?
