how do I size boxes in organization charts to fit text?

I have tried to use Word in Office XP to create organisation chart, but it is
only possible to put one or two lines of text into each box. The previous
version of Word automatically resized the boxes to fit the text in them. In
addition, when I doubleclicked on the box to change its layout, the options
to change the size were greyed out. Has anyone else run into this, and is
there a fix?
