How do I specify formatting when I paste into Word

I am trying to create a FAX template which will format in a style I specify
no matter WHAT is pasted in the field. Any ideas how to set things up to do
this? It's like I can't override styles from the clipboard. Thanks

Edit > Paste Special > unformatted text or by macro

When you paste, don't do a regular paste (Ctrl+V, or Edit | Paste, or the
Paste button on the Standard toolbar). Instead, click on Edit | Paste
Special | Paste: As: Unformatted text. This way, the pasted text should take
