how do I start a newsletter?

I work for a Hospice Organization and want to start a "Volunteer" newsletter.
Not sure how to do it. what style template to go with and how to start. I
do know I want it to be small like 1 to 2 pages max, and was thinking about
starting the first edition without a title and having a contest to name it
(volunteers suggestions). a newsletter with updates, welcoming new members
(volunteers), interesting stories would be perfect. any/all suggestions
would be welcome.

If you have MS Publisher installed, then you should be looking to use it for
your newsletter.. there are more than a few templates included in the
program..
