How do I stop macro warnings when word opens?

A

ATH

I just upgraded to Office 2003 and when I open a word document I have to
click on several "Enable Macros" messages before I can begin. I do not want
to lower security to the lowest level because I am afraid of viruses.

ATH,

If you trust the publisher of the macros (like I trust myself) then you can
create a digital certificate and sign the project with the digital
signature.

Go to All Programs>Microsoft Office>Microsoft Office Tools>Digital
Certificate for VBA Project to create a certificate. Then open the
document, open the VB editor (Alt + F11), Tools>Digital signature to sign.

Close and open the document. This time you will get the chance to trust
projects signed with your signature.
