How do I stop Outlook from loading on startup

I have loaded Service Pack 2 for XP and now Outlook loads everytime I start
XP. I donto want to do this. How do I stop it

Check your XP Startup folder (in Start | All Programs) and if there's a
shortcut to Outlook in there, remove it.
