Are you sure it's after a specific period of time? Is it always the same
amount of time, or is it at a specific time each day?
Or perhaps something you're doing is causing Word to shut down. What are you
doing when it happens? Trying to print? Formatting text? Typing? Something
else?
Do you receive any error messages?
Which version of Word? Which operating system?
