How do I synchronize 2 contact lists without creating duplicates .

I have a personal contact list and a company contact list. Some would be
duplicates; however sometimes my personal contact list has more information
on a particular contact than the company list and vice versa. How can I
merge or synchronize them without creating duplicates or overwriting
information?
