How do I transfer from IncrediMail to Outlook?

I've been using IncrediMail for some time and now have MS Outlook 2003. I
want to import or transfer all my data such as emails, folders, addresses,
etc. from IncrediMail to Outlook. (Too much data to re-key into Outlook!)
Does anyone know how to do that?

Can Incredimail export its data to a file, and if so, what file type(s) can
it export to?

Sorry for the delay to respond. Yes, I can export my Incredimail contacts in
csv format (comma delimited file). That seems to be my only choice. Do you
have experience doing this?

Not personally, but it won't hurt to try the import from .CSV and see what
happens...
