How do I transfer Office 2003 to a new laptop from my old laptop?

I just upgraded to a new Laptop and I need the proceedures to transfer my
Office 2003 software.

Uninstall Office 2003 from your old laptop, then insert
your Microsoft Office 2003 CD in the new laptop's
CD drive and install the software.
