How do I transfer office 2007 home & student version license

I have an OEM Office 2007 home and student version on my Dell. I have a
disc. I started to install on another Dell I just bought, and was reading
the license agreement. It says if you have an OEM version, you can only
install on one computer, or transfer to a third party. It says you need to
have the old computer, the new and the disc. It doesn't say anything past
that. I just want to make sure I know what to expect, as I understand it is
easy to mess up the license if not careful enough.

You have an OEM License its therefore licensed to the first PC its installed
on and cannot be transfered to a new PC
The transfer it refers to is if you give your entire PC to another person

Thanks, I guess I just got excited when I saw what I thought asked for the
new and old computer. But, I guess all I can do now is unistall and throw
away, as I want to buy Office Professional.
