How do I turn off RSS feeds in Outlook 2007?

I installed Outlook 2007 - thought I'd check out what the feeds were all
about - I can't figure out how ot turn them off/remove them.

Please ignore my stupidity - easy to delete in RSS feeds under acount
settings - I was looking under options.
