How do I turn off the Pilcrow funtion in Outlook?

I have managed to turn on the Pilcrow function (the one where it inserts a
dot in every space and a symbol like a back to front P in every line space)
by mistake and cant turn it off in Outlook.
Can anyone tell me how to turn it off? I turned it on by the shortcut
function I would imagine

In a new email go to the Tools menu > Options command. Go to the View tab
and uncheck the options to show those things
