How do i turn on my task manager?

Task Manager Help???

Currently my taks manager was disabled automatically without my consent.i
would like to turn it on again but i don't know how.Every time i try to turn
it on it tells me it has been disabled by the administrator.I AM THE
ADMINISTRATOR.lol.i think it might be a virus.Can someone tell me how to
solve this problem Thank You,

Task Manager is a Windows function, so your question is off-topic in
this Microsoft Office newsgroup. Try reposting your question to the
appropriate newsgroup for whatever version of Windows you have.
