How do I type in a foreign language (i.e. Arabic)?

I have followed the 'help' steps, but I still cannot get Arabic to appear on
my screen. I can get right-to-left typing to work, I can get Arabic-Saudi
Arabia to appear in the drop-down language menu, and I have chosen an Arabic
font. Even with all that, I still cannot get Arabic to appear. I cannot
find a map for the keyboard so I know what letters (in Arabic) are connected
to which keyboard letter (in English) and I simply cannot get any Arabic
letters to appear on a blank Word document. I have tried typing Arabic words
phoenetically with the language automatically detected (it works when I type
in French). I am simply at a loss. Please help. Thank you.

Try setting up an Arabic keyboard in Windows region settings (you can use
the OnScreen keyboard from Accessibilty Options to provide the key mapping.)
