How do I uncheck the Private block on all contacts in Outlook?

When I uploaded my contact list into my other computer all my contacts were
checked as Private. How can I uncheck all contacts without having to select
each contact remove check and save, then go to the next contact?

Change the View to Categories then Select View || (Arrange By) || Current
View || Customize Current View || Group By || Group Items by = Sensitivity
|| OK || You should see that you have various Row Headings and what you need
to do is highlight the Sensitivity: Private and drop them onto the Row
marked Sensitivity: Normal. As you start to move them you should see a
dialogue appear with this action i.e. change sensitivity to normal. To reset
the View go back into Customize and you should see a button for resetting
the View.

Thanks for the advice. I had everything going fine, but when I tried to drag
and drop the contacts marked private into the normal sensitivity, the message
block came up saying sensitivity will not be changed. Any other suggestions
or ideas?

Very strange - haven't heard of that before! Another way that I know works
is to export them to an Excel file and the change the Private entries column
to False. I would then import them into a test contact folder (just in
case), once okay you could delete all the items in the original folder and
then drag from the test. First I dont know what version of Outlook you are
using so could this article apply http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=241846
