how do i undo deletion of sheets

I created a file with 10 worksheeets. I accidentally deleted three sheets and
saved the file with 7 sheets. How can I get the file back with all the 10
sheets?

Krishnan,

Sorry. Unless you backed up your file to another folder, you can only get
back to where you want to by redoing those three sheets from scratch.
