How do I uninstall Office 12 Beta 1

No uninstall option in add/remove programs, or in the programs menu!

I don't know since only authorized beta testers
have access to the Office 12 beta and the Office 12
beta newsgroups.

Yes, go to the beta site, log in with your credetials and you'll see
directions to the beta newsgroups.

The NG is secret because the version is in pre-release beta? Anybody
reading the NG would understand that 12 isn’t a finished product and
shouldn’t be judged as such, so what’s the problem? Why hide it? I’m
curious what’s going on with 12, myself.

But to proceed on the topic of OP’s question: Are you sure, Al the Hat,
that Office 12 doesn’t show up on Add or Remove Programs? Try sorting by
name by clicking on the “Name” above the first column. Look for
"Microsoft Office Professional Enterprise Edition 12 [pre-release]" or
something like that. I’d be interested if you say you're sure it’s not
there.
