How do I upload PP deck to website to create htm link?

I am COMPLETELY new to this...
I need to upload a PP presentation to our website as an .htm so I can email
the link to individuals. How do I do this? Is any special software needed?
I don't have dreamweaver but have microsoft frontpage . Each page of the
uploaded version needs to have the next page/previous page nav icon at the
bottom of each page. How do I insert the nav. icon? To clarify, the cover
page should only contain the "next page" nav icon; the last page should only
contain the "previous page" nav icon.

Once the file is uploaded, how do I access the file to create the link that
I need to send out in emails? I am assuming the link is created after the
file is uploaded.

Thanks for your help!

First, to create navigation link:
Click View > Master > Slide Master.
Click Autoshapes > Action Buttons, and add the appropriate buttons.
The action setting should appears automatically, with the default "Hyperlink
to" setting. Click OK.
To access to the action setting again, right click on the action button.
Select action settings.
Once you have added all the buttons, close Master View.

Now, go to the first slide(cover page), right click on the slide and select
Background.
Put a checkmark ot Omit background graphics from master.
Click Apply.
Add just the "next slide" action button.

Go to the last slide, right click on the slide and select Background.
Put a checkmark ot Omit background graphics from master.
Click Apply.
Add just the "previous slide" action button.
