How do I use Excel's convert function for apothecary weight?

I need to convert apothecary weight to grams and want to use the Convert
function to do so. I can't find the correct abbreviations.

I don't think that CONVERT supports apothecary weights. You'll
have the multiply by the correct factor yourself.
