How do I use metric measurements in Project 2003?

I want to set up a Residential construction project using metric measurements
and can't find any options to change the settings.

Hi JenMac,

To the best of my knowledge, Project doesn't work with measurement units
in any manner, either US or metric. If you are using material resources
in Project, you can enter any measurement unit you like in the material
label field.

That being said, you can change all measurements to metric through the
Control panel. If you open the control panel and choose Regional and
Language Options, on the Regional Options tab there is a customize
button. Click the Customize button to take you to the Customize Regional
Options dialog box and on the Numbers tab, select metric for the
Measurement system. This will change all software on your system.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Thanks Julie. Makes sense, I thought of that after I went to bed last night.
I have checked my control panel options and they are already set to metric.
Will check the other aspect tomorrow, using your suggestions.
