How do I write up-side-down in Excel?

Do a Google search of this group for "upside down text" - you will get
a few hits which explain how to achieve this.

Keep It Simple Stupid

Depending on what you are trying to accomplish, the easiest way (without
involving programming) is to just use Word Art (the green dot underneath the
word art will allow you to rotate 180 degrees).
