How do u create slide with photo for a background on a text page

I am creating a slide wanting a photo as the background on a text page. How
do I create it?

Click Format > Background. Click the drop down box, then click Picture.
Now, click "Select Picture..." and select the photo you want to set as
background. Click OK.
