How do users without administrative privileges access clips onlin.

We are a school - the pupils obviously do not have adminstrative privileges.

When they try to access clips online they get messages in IE about not being
able to access site

Administrative privledges have nothing to do with what web sites can or
can not be accessed. Are you using some form of "parental controls"
software? Can you (as the instructor) get to those sites? Are the specific
sites blocked under the Security tab of Internet Properties (under the
control panel)? Try placing the site address under the "Trusted Sites"
section. Are you connecting through a LAN? If yes, what restrictions are in
place through the network to your Internet Service Provider? Talk to your IT
personnel. If you already have, try talking to them again, with more vigor.
