How do you convert text into table?

Select the text - Table > convert > text to table

Easiest way is to make sure you have some sort of separator that easily
differentiates each column of data (like a TAB character), then you select
the text, click "Table", "Convert", "Text to Table". You will be presented
with a dialog box showing the number of columns and rows it sees. If it
sounds right all you have to do is click "OK". if not, go back and get rid
of extra TAB characters. You only want one character separating each column
(by the way, this character can be a comma, etc., as well).
