How do you create new XSL templates for Project 2003.

I am trying to export a cashflow report to Excel. I have found the XML
reporting wizard, however MS Project only comes with two XSL Templates (
CRITTASK.XSL and RESOURCE.XSL). Is there some way I can customise an XSL
Template?
