Don't elect to use it. If that doesn't solve the issue, please explain
what you are doing and what problem you are having, so a more detailed
solution can be determined.

When I do mail merge the "Stamps.com" sign in module comes up and will not allow me to edit my letters. I cancel the sign in but it persists and won't quit. Can you help?
Thanks

I would remove the ADD-IN for it under "Tools", "Templates and Addins",
It isn't part of Word or MS Office.

In Word 2003, when you go to the envelopes wizard, under the address box
there is a check box to use electronic postage. If that box is checked,
clear it. If the box is not check, try Help, Detect and Repair in any
Office 2003 application.

Do not understand your reference to "Add in List". What I was referring to
is Word 2003, Tools, Letters and mailings, Envelopes and Labels. The box I
was referring to should be on the Envelope tab under the address area.
