How do you do cell background swap when user has clicked a tab

I am working a my coimpany's website. My boss wants users to know they have
already clicked on a tab when the background changes, much like what you find
on Amazon.com's top frame tabs. Can anyone help?

you can use the interactive buttons in FrontPage 2003 similarly.

Thanks Chris, but the interactive buttons change color when you place your
cursor on them but remain the same after clicking. I want the color to
change. How do I do that?

That state is not supported by FP interactive buttons

However, it is easy to do with simple image rollovers, if I am understanding
correctly.

Clicking on one button sets that button to the "down" state and sets all
other buttons to the "up" state. There is no automatic restore on any of
them.

Could be done w/ custom DHTML
- but any future edits of the IB would probably "break" any custom scripts
For details on the states see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;555010
