How do you edit records in mail merge?

Help states to go to Mail Merge Wizard, then there will be an Edit Records
button. Can not find it anywhere. Only edit recipients. Help!

You can only edit the records in your data base. You can create a new
publication in step 5 of the wizard, you then can edit the records.
