That depends on what you want the difference to be.
The simplest way is to use one or more StyleRef fields in the footer,
drawing their contents from suitably styled text in the body of the page.
If that doesn't work for you, you may have to insert a section break at the
end of each page. Footers (and headers) are properties of sections, not of
pages, so this method makes the document into a series of one-page sections.
It can be fearsomely difficult to maintain if the document needs to be
edited -- if what was one page extends to more than one page, you have to
manually move the overflow past the section break.
A third option is to insert a frame or text box on each page and set its
position to "bottom relative to page". Again, if the document is edited,
these fake footers may move to the next or previous page and need manual
adjustments.
The best solution is, if possible, to redesign your document so you don't
need a different footer on each page.
