How do you huperlink two powerpoint presentation on the web?

Hyperlink help wanted

I am trying to hyperlink a line from one powerpoint presentation on the web
to another on the same web . Need your help desperately:

1.The hyperlink only opens the second presentation and not go to the right
page?

2. How do I get it to close without having to navigate in the secondery
presentation
