How do you keep proper names together at the end of a line, i.e. .

I would like to know how to hold proper names together at the end of a line,
i.e. Mary Smith, so that Mary does not end on one line and Smith begin the
next.

rather than pressing the spacebar between Mary & Smith when you type it,
press control & shift & spacebar - also good for phone numbers.

Put a non-breaking space between the name elements
instead of a normal space.
