How do you prevent outlook from including your name in the stuff sent?

When I forward emails using outlook 2002 a header is included that has
my name in it. Then it gets forwarded from there to somewhere
else, etc., and sometimes even finds it's way back to me
months later.

Is there a way to forward something without that
information going out? Right now my email address
doesn't get any spam, and I want to keep it that way.

Thanks for any suggestions.

No, you can't. as this is controlled by the one who forwards your mail. A
good practise might be that you send mail that you expect to be forwarded
(like all those "funny" pictures and jokes) from a "spam" account.
