I create a postcard in publisher with 4 postcard to a 8.5 X 11 sheet of
paper, when printing 1 sided all is well, when I print 2 sided (duplex
printer) the address that goes with the client name on the front is not
correct. I know this has to do with the orientation of the printer and how
it "TURNS" the paper over for 2 sided printing but can't find away to fix it
- thanks for your help

You will have to create two databases if you want Bill's address on one side and Dear
Bill on the other.

Mary,

Thanks for your input - but I have 300-500 post cards per month and the list
changes based on customer activity so I don't think this is a workable
solution based on the amount of time I would have to spend monthly.

Any other ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Use an Excel spreadsheet instead of multiple database files. On the same
spreadsheet you would have multiple fields including Bill's address and Dear
Bill.

Ron,

What I have now is an excel spreadsheet with fields /columns
Address, city ,state, zip, Frist Name, Last Name, Greeting

I merge Greeting on Front of postcard(page1) and adress on back (Page 2)

When I print to my duplex printer with 4 to a page the address on the back
are not aligned correctly (i.e. the 1st address is in the bottom Left corner
which is behind the 4th customer on the list when I cut the post cards)
