how do you put a dropshadow on a picture in a newsletter

How do I put a dropshadow on a picture already in a newsletter. I know how to
do it in Photoshop but I can't find the tools or the help in Publisher.

Hi -

With the object selected, click on "Format" -- pull down the entire menu and
click on "shadow" (Works for Publisher 2000)

Another way is to copy your object, paste, fill copy with the color or fill
you want, offset it over your original object and send it back behind the
original object (group the two for easier handling.)
