How do you remove the time before the project starts

My project start date is in November, however I need to remove the time
before this date as it goes back 3 months or better and makes the print
overly huge. Its probally simple but so am I. Please help.

Sorry, time is immortal, you can't "remove" it ...

I assume that when you print your schedule, the timeline starts several
months ahead of your first task. This is governed by the Project Start
Date. When a project schedule is first created, the Project Start Date
is set to the current date. All tasks entered into the schedule will
then start on that date unless they are linked, (as they should be), to
other tasks forming a logical sequence of tasks.

Go to Project/Project Information and take a look at the Start date. I'm
guessing it is a date several months ago. Simply reset it to the desired
start date and your problem should be solved.

If you want to start your print in November rather than in August, just gi
to Print... where you can set teh print timescale.
