How Do you Rename Column Tabs

How can I change the name of a column from example ("A" to "List Date") or
("B" to "Item #")

you can't

You can't. But you can put your name on row 1 and hide the columns/rows.
But, you still need to use col A or col B.

You can't. You an only alternate between letters (A:IV) and numbers (1:255).

You can put column header text in row 1, then freeze panes.
