how do you stop clip art-from "moving" when you send it ?

I, as a trainer in my organization am responsible for sending out updates on
various vendors and programs we are affilicated with. To make the information
more appealing to read,I have introduced characters and cartoons to introduce
the new or updated information... However, when using clip art and call out
boxes etc... some of the data "moves" when it is received by the
recipients...

How can I elimiante this from happening or what steps should be
incorporated ...
