How do I stop clip art from moving?

I will add clip art to a page and there are times that it will move up into
the next paragraph. It usually happens when I have two columns and change it
to one column. Is there any way that you can anchor it so it will not move?

Ensure that the image's attributes are a floating layout option and not to
move with text.
Right click the image, Format Picture, Layout tab, select any of the
Wrapping styles here (apart from InLineWithText as this is a non-floating
style) that meets your requirements, click Advanced button, uncheck the Move
object with text option on the Picture Position tab.
Be aware that when you come out of this dialog, the image may move again,
probably due to the image going to where its Anchor is.
Also, if you move this image, whether by mouse or cursor keys, some of the
options in the dialog box can be affected, so always double check after any
adjustments.
