How does a speaker view notes on laptop during ppt presentation?

Want to view speaker notes on laptop during ppt presentation without the
notes being visible to the audience on the screen. ???

Go to Slide Show > Set up Show > Show presenter view.

I clicked on Slide Show > Set up Show > but then "Show presenter view" is not
an option for me. Maybe I have a different version than you. I have 9.0

Presenter View came in with PowerPoint 2002(XP). You might want to look at
