How Make Bigger Phone Tear-Offs?

You can Insert > Design Gallery Object > under Categories, Phone
Tear-Offs, and in my version, I only have one object, the Phone
Tear-Offs. I then can position them on the page, but I can't resize
them. When try to, the quantity of Tear-Offs changes rather than their
size. I only want a few large Tear-Off, so how do I resize or format the
Tear-Offs object? Is there a way I can create my own type of Tear-Off
object?

I'm used to using Word for everything that I print. I never bothered to
open Publisher until recently. It does have a lot of stuff pre-done for
you.

Use a table, one row and how many columns you input, in the format table dialogue,
cell properties tab, tick the "Rotate text within Autoshape by 90º"

In addition to Mary's advice, you can still use the Tear-Offs, stretch
the Tear-Offs to the quantity you need. Then, go to Edit > Select All,
then Edit > Copy then Edit > Paste Special and paste as a *.png. You can
now stretch the Tear-Offs to your prefered sizing. However, you will not
be able to edit them. --
