1. How to add additional sheet tabs in EXCEL.
2. How to increase sheet tab font size.

1) Right click on the sheet text, i.e. Sheet1. A menu appears and you should
select Insert...
2) I have no idea. I don't think it can be done.

Insert>worksheet
or
right click existing tab, select insert > worksheet,
if you need multiple,
so if you select (click first sheet, shift and click last) multiple tabs the
same number will also be inserted

The font size is a windows setting that will affect other applications as
well, it's under control panel display>appearance>scrollbar
short cut would be right click desktop and select properties and get the
display from there
