How to add an event to everyone's calendar ?

How do I add an event to everyone's calendar on a particular Exchange 5.5
server ?

Basically, i'd like to modify the default calendar so that mailboxes created
in the future also get this too.

If this can only be done to the Exchange site, that would be ok too.
