How to add another design template

I want to add another design onto my computer....Someone sent me the template
and now i want to save it to my choices of templates...how do i do this?

In PowerPoint 2002 and above, you can click Format > Slide Design.
Under the Slide Design panel, select design templates.
Click Browse to bring up the templates folder.
Copy the new template and paste it in the templates folder. Click OK.
