How to add folding guidelines to a brochure

I am printing some brochures to use for a business promotion. The paper I
have is not scored as a tri-fold brochure. Can I print a small guidemark
where the folds should be?

Sure - draw a small line at the top and bottom of your page where you want
to fold it.
