How to assign a macro to a toolbar button?

Hi,
I have recorded a macro in Visio 2003.
I would like to assign it to a new button on a new toolbar (or even an
existing toolbar).
I can't find a way to do this.
I used to make these macro buttons in Excel and Word but I think the
procedure has been changed.
Any advice would be appreciated.
