How to auto correct a word to a specific font and style

Everytime my organisation's name is typed (in Word, Outlook, whatever) they
want a specific font and style. Can auto correct do this ? The formatted text
button is shaded out.

Hi Sheila,

Type the name the way you want it to look, including font formatting
then select the Autocorrect option and you can type the word in
plain text that is to be replaced.

For a specific style you may want to use the Insert=>Autotext
choice.
