How to backup OE folders?

Hi!

Please, give me some advice how to backup/restore OE6.0 folders?

Is it just to copy all the .dbx files, or, should there be done some Export
first?
I have been used to backup/restore the MS Outlook .pst just as such ...

And, how to Import one-two single folders with mail contents to an existing
OE6.0 folder set? In one case I did face much trouble especially "importing"
i.e. copying Outbox or Sent folders to the folder set just as straight .dbx
copies ...
