How to cancel Asian language installation upon opening document?

Everytime I open Excel, Word, or a .doc file Office tries to install Asian
languages and asks for my Office CD.. In the mess of remodeling I can't find
my original Office CD.

I have to cancel the Install dialog window, open and open Word or Excel and
then open the file.

I don't need to the Japanese and Korean language files. How can I stop
Office from trying to install them each time?
