How to catch Junk mail BEFORE processing rules?

I currently have Junk email turned on and it does a great
job with the messages that arrive in my Inbox.

However, I have rules that automatically move some
messages to subfolders of the Inbox. The problem is that
THOSE messages are not being checked by the Junk mail
function.

So, how can I tell Outlook to filter out Junk mail BEFORE
processing rules (these are client rules because I'm
using a 3rd-party email service that's not based on
Exchange server).
